The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission is seeking to recruit a suitably codified and competent national to fill the above-mentioned position in the Corporate Communications Department.

Job Summary
- To arrange meetings and interviews as directed
- The take and transcribe dictation from shorthand
- To receive, open, register and route departmental mail
- To prepare draft memoranda and letters and for routine administrative matters
- To maintain office filing systems in accordance with Standing Instructions
- To use a Personal Computer, a serious office and other applications software as required
- To assist customers by providing general information where possible
- To assist at/attended Corporate functions/events
- To perform other related duties
